COURT HANDS TRUMP BIG VICTORY TO TURBOCHARGE DEPORTATIONS 🚨

A recent ruling by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals now allows federal immigration agents to expedite deportations for illegal immigrants who cannot prove continuous residence in the U.S. for at least two years. Previously, this expedited removal process was limited to migrants detained at the border. The ruling is expected to increase deportation rates since the millions affected will have limited means to contest their removal. Department of Homeland Security General Counsel James Percival praised this decision, stating it corrects past limitations on expedited removal practices. The two judges in favor of the ruling were both appointed by Trump, while Judge Robert L. Wilkins, an Obama appointee, provided a dissenting view, expressing concerns over due process for individuals residing longer in the U.S. Wilkins highlighted that the current procedure fails to adequately determine how long these individuals have been in the country, which he believes undermines their rights.
